Tried and True- Upper Body Strength
This is simple, to the point and effective. We warm you up, then two working blocks. The first one has 2 movements back and forth, the second has 3 movements back and forth.
We hit chest, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps...and a heck of a lot of core through bracing.
Equipment: I am using 1 block, 1 10lb weight and 2 lb weights. You do not need the block, cans can be used for light weights and anything remotely heavy such as a book can be used for the heavyish weight!
