
I would be lying to you if I said I rarely have leftover for breakfast. Honest it is my favorite kind of breakfast and packed with SO much protein + fiber to begin my day! All of this is from my dinner the night before. 1. Grass- fed Filet 2. Japanese Sweet Potato 3. Frozen Broccoli and Broccoli Slaw sautéed with coconut amino's 4. Chicken Breast

Fried eggs & Sprouts + Side of Yogurt. We also cooked up a local burger from a butcher shop we added some frozen vegetables and let them all cook together and marinate in the juices!


Fried eggs and egg whites paired with sprouts, picked red onions + Durham bread from 7 Stars Bakery. My favorite is to add coconut oil to the bread...try it!!

Mighty mills bagel with butter, wild blueberries, chia seed pudding. You can add a lot to the chia seed pudding including protein powder, a fiber powder ..hemp seeds, flax seeds...have fun. I would also play with adding in some raw cocoa powder and maybe some creatine when you mix it all up- easy way to sneak it in without tasting it!

Kiefer, chia seeds, hemp seeds and some flax. I do not measure the amount. Almond butter added to the top. I usually will add in some frozen strawberries and some maple syrup if I want it a bit sweeter. If I want more carbs a few tablespoons of muesli and pop it in the fridge!

Sourdough bread with butter, hummus, eggs + egg whites cooked in homemade pesto, turkey and spinach. This covers all of our bases with healthy fats using the butter and hummus. Beautiful carbs with the bread and pesto. Protein boosts come from the turkey, hummus, eggs and egg whites!

Cut the sweet potatoes, line your pan/ plate with them and place for 15 mins in the oven to give them a cooking head start. In the meantime, mix your eggs, egg whites, whatever combo, milk if wanted, veggies and cheese! Fill the pan with your mixture and then bake for an hour. So easy, so good. I take slices of this to work for breakfast or have it for dinner!
