Mid Spine, Shoulder and Hip Health
This is a 45 minute mobility class with hints of pilates thrown in. We focus on moving through your mid- spine into spinal extension as well as flexion and give a lot of attention to your posture and opening up through the chest. Think, opening up and curling movements with your back. We do use a foam roller/ block for the beginning of class! After this upper body work we segue into opening up the hips in all their planes of motion, shifting a bit side to side and opening up the inner thighs! Class wraps up with some shoulder strength, as I like to say, strength at length!
