One of my favorite quick meals to make. After long work days and workouts the last thing I want to do or have time to do is spend a long time in the kitchen. I am also HUNGRY by this point. I want to eat something nutritious that will not take me more than 20-30 mins to make! Grab the broccoli slaw from the fridge or freezer, season to taste and let that cook. When that is done fry up your egg/eggs in the pan with the same juices as the steak.

SO EASY: 1. Organic Brown Rice - from Whole Foods, frozen, we just heat it up, add a bit of olive oil and salt 2. Frozen Broccoli + Mixed Vegetables 3. Steak Tenderloin

First off this was paired with some sort of protein and carb...the salad was too pretty to not take a photo of! We need that vitamin C in the winter so this was sumo orange, grapefruit, fennel and some red onion! We paired with chicken if I remember right!

The BEST fiber and protein filled pasta out there!!! It also tastes out of this world. This is the Non- GMO edamame pasta you can get off of Amazon. We cooked this up, pan seared chicken breasts and sautéed an array of vegetables. This meal is so good and so easy to make. High protein, high fiber meal.

Baked Japanese Sweet Potato - oven set to 375 or 400 and wrap in tin foil. Cook for 60 ish mins! Pan Cooked Chicken- season how you like Broccoli Rabe - sautéed with oil, salt, pepper, garlic, onion + coconut aminos

We were at a vineyard and after traveling for a few days I just wanted something simple and easy on my stomach. This was local white fish, sauce on the side. Paired with steamed bok choy with again their sauce on the side so I could dip and then a giant side salad. The greens were from the garden on the property- ugh delish!! We also had a side of their homemade bread.

This dinner was cooked in less than 20-30 mins. We had come home from hiking and had to cook fast since we were starving... Chicken + steak pan cooked with seasoning of choice Toasted Bread + Oil Salad + Frozen Broccoli- the frozen broccoli was cooked with the steak so it could take on its flavoring

Tofu Salad Side of Edamame Miso Soup + Poached Vegetables- not pictured I ask for the dressing on the side for the salad as well as the vegetable so I am able to just dip and not use more than I want!
